Alba Demenagement: Our Guarantees

Alba Demenagements International has chosen the world leader in risk management To offer you the best possible guarantees, since the creation of the company, we have chosen MARSH ASSURANCE, "the world leader in risk management", who is the first insurance broker to offer a specific service dedicated to moving.

For that purpose, we offer two types of guarantees:
- a contractual guarantee which covers events caused by the mover
- a damage guarantee which covers all risks incurred by your goods during the move (all risks)
In order to offer you the best possible guarantee, you must fill out a value statement in which you must give the total value of the goods consigned to the movers and the individual value of each item with a value above one hundred and fifty euros.
Should you find damages when your furniture is delivered, you must immediately express precise and detailed reservations on the work reception document (consignment statement delivery copy) and confirm them by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within three working days of the deliveries (i.e.outside Sundays and holidays).
Depending on the nature of the damage, we will need all documents (invoice, repair quotation...) enabling us to evaluate the damage.
